Dubai Harbour

Dubai Harbour is a master-planned waterfront district located on Dubai's western coastline, positioned between Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Bluewaters Island, in an area also known as Mina Al Seyahi. The development is led by Meraas Holding and spans approximately 20 million square feet, with direct road access to Sheikh Zayed Road via King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street.

The masterplan is centred on a marina with around 1,100 berths, described as the largest in the MENA region, along with two cruise terminals and a yacht club offering services such as fuelling stations and crew facilities. A landmark structure known as the Dubai Lighthouse, incorporating an observation deck, is part of the wider plan. The district combines residential towers with hotels, retail, and dining facilities along a waterfront promenade.

Residential properties in Dubai Harbour include apartments and penthouses, with some components of the masterplan, such as Emaar Beachfront, developed separately along a stretch of private beach. The district does not have its own metro station; access to the wider metro network is via the Dubai Marina or Creek Harbour stations, typically reached by taxi or tram. Dubai Harbour attracts buyers seeking waterfront property close to both Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, in a district oriented around marina and cruise-related infrastructure.
